Following the end of their marriage in August this year, the busty model has been busy looking after their two boys and getting back on the social scene.However, after a rendezvous with the former footballer last week, Nicola confessed her former husband is regretting his actions.
Speaking at the lavish birthday celebrations of jeweller to the stars Vashi Dominguez, the 33-year-old admitted: "There is no going back for me, the marriage is dead. He killed it by what he did in Las Vegas.
"He says he has made the biggest mistake of his life and has pleaded with me, 'Take me back.' What is done is done. He has treated me appallingly and I just don't feel the same way about him as I used to."
And to make sure Tom really understands his loss, Nicola stepped out in London last night in a sexy black playsuit with scallop detail.Showing off her killer legs, the pretty blonde admitted her outlook on life is still positive despite everything she's been through this year.
"I'm going out and having fun and meeting some fun men. Life goes on. I'm not going to stay at home moping," she added.
Casey Batchelor, Michelle Collins and Olivia Newman-Young were also at the event at Mahiki nightclub.
